Dr. Kayleigh Litton was born in Knoxville, TN and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Maryville College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi and her doctorate in pediatrics from Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She received a grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Brooke has been visiting patients at Knoxville Children's Hospital and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Nashville for years.

She decided to deepen her education and become a nurse, which she earned at Lincoln Memorial University. She then earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with the aim of influencing the delivery of health care services. While pursuing her nurse, Noelle recognized her desire to work closely with patients and was introduced to the geriatric community through her work at Knoxville Children's Hospital.

She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse and is licensed by the State of Tennessee as an Advanced Practice Nurse. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. As an advanced nurse, she is certified by the American Association of Nursepractitioners and licensed by the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Health and Human Services.

She is certified by the Board of Adult Health Nursing and a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Tennessee Department of Health and Human Services.

She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2015 with a degree in internal medicine, where she served as chief resident for a year. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and from there she went to the Tennessee Department of Health and Human Services Medical School in Nashville, Tennessee.

She comes from a medical family and attended the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she graduated with Summa Cum Laude. She continued her education efforts by graduating from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a bachelor's degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. Later, she earned a master's degree in science in nursing from Carson Newman through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program.

Her career as a nurse focuses on her master's degree from Maryville University, and after completing her master's degree in physician assistance, she completed her residency as a family nurse at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. She is a practising nurse and has experience in nursing, assisted living, home nursing, nursing and nursing home.

TN recruited her to successfully establish and accredit the Senior Behavioral Unit, which provides inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for seniors with mental illness and substance abuse disorders at Knoxville Medical Center.

After working face-to-face in the emergency room, she moved to the cardiac rehab ward while still working at the Blount Memorial.

She worked as a RN in the hospital's mental health unit, where she discovered her love of working in the mental health department. She became a team member and founded the first - in - the country psychiatric treatment center in Knoxville, Tennessee. As an RN supervisor, she worked in the small town of La Follette, TN, where she had a lot of contact with the health system and the medical community. BSN she attended Lincoln Memorial University and excelled in her studies, for which she received several awards and honors from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Tennessee in Knox County.

She grew up as a small girl in a small town and began her nursing career in her hometown of La Follette, TN. She worked in cardiac sub-specialty and worked in hospitals and clinics in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, and Nashville, Tennessee.

When not nursing, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and cheering on the TN Vols when football time is in Tennessee. She also enjoys playing volleyball, going to the mountains, relaxing on the beach and watching football.

In her spare time, Dr. Litton enjoys watching UT Sports, traveling and spending time with her husband, Scott, and playing on the beautiful lakes of East Tennessee. In her spare time she travels as much as possible, plays volleyball, hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains, relaxes on the beach and watches football. She also enjoys spending time with family and Tennessee football, especially during the Tennessee Vols football season.

I will tell you that my house is truly divided, as is my family, my soul and my love here in Tennessee, although I have a heart for Alaska and those who live there. I will tell you that our family, our soul and love are here in Tennessee, even though I have my heart in Alaska because I lived there, but I was born here, in Knoxville, Tennessee, with my husband Scott and our three children.
